The headline percentage does not decide which bonus is worth taking. Turnover, eligible games and the withdrawal cap do — along with the verification step.
The largest-looking bonus on the promotions page is rarely the easiest one to withdraw from. The percentage is the headline. The terms underneath it are the product.
Turnover is the whole thing
Every bonus carries a turnover requirement — the amount you must stake before withdrawing. A 100% bonus at 20× turnover is not automatically better than a 50% bonus at 5×. Multiply it out before deciding, every time.
Check whether turnover is calculated on the bonus alone or on deposit plus bonus. Over continued play those two differ by a factor, not a margin. Check which billing cycle it is tied to as well.
Eligible games and the withdrawal cap
Bonuses usually count turnover from a subset of games, and often at different weightings — some titles count 100%, others 10%. Play a low-weighted game without noticing and your turnover will not move the way you expected.
The other line people skip is the maximum withdrawal attached to the promotion. A bonus with a low cap makes any result above that cap meaningless. Read that number before you claim.
Deposits, withdrawals and verification
Deposits and withdrawals are automatic and normally complete shortly after you submit them. Available rails depend on where you are, and transactions from Thailand are not supported.
Identity verification may be requested above a withdrawal threshold — a normal step for a licensed operator. Having documents whose name matches the account you deposited from keeps a first withdrawal from stalling.
